The classic flower of Hawaii and a familiar scent for anyone who grew up there or visits frequently. Though bountiful in Hawai'i, the difficulty of transporting this fragile treasure make the delicate, sweet smelling blossoms of the plumeria a rarity on this side of the Pacific.

There are a thousand varieties of Plumeria and over the years we have found the strain that endures longest. We fly our hearty version in fresh every Wednesday from the Islands, its essence will surely bring one back to treasured moments beautiful Hawai'i.

Care: Wrap in slightly damp paper towel or leave in an airtight container and refrigerate, making sure not to freeze.

Life: Three to four days. Pink and pure white strains simply do not ship well nor hold up very long after arrival so we don’t bring them in.

Fragrance: Delightfully Fragrant

The early Hawaiians used every part of the Kukui tree. Candles and torches were made from the seeds rich with oil, as well as medicines, flavoring for foods, and of course, lei.

This handsome lei entwined with the fragrant tuberose is popular for men, especially grooms and groomsmen.

After drying the tuberose can be removed leaving the kukui lei to be worn again and again, a wonderful gift and keepsake.

Rich, deep green ti leaves are twisted and braided into this classic lei. It can stand alone or looks beautiful wrapped around any other lei.

Care: Ti leaf leis are very durable. It's best kept in a moist paper towel or news paper in the fridge. They will have a slight medicinal scent if left for a day or two. Just let them air out for about half an hour before wearing.

Life: Will easily last a week in the fridge and ships very well.

Fragrance: Mild lovely slightly earthy. A great option for people who don't want florals.

Made to be worn around the head, these beautiful leis are made with the wili style (weaving) of lei making.

They are very popular for weddings and graduations and festive occasions. They "are one size generally fits all", tie in the back and come in white/green or multicolor/green. Both are lovely.

Care: Haku Leis are fairly durable. Keep them in their container in the fridge until ready to use. Its fine if they sit out for a few hours. Just don't leave them in a sunny or warm spot.

Life: Will easily last three to five days in the fridge and ships very well.

Fragrance: Mild if any. A great option for people who want a lei but don't want it to conflict with the neckline of their outfit or other jewelry they might be wearing.
